Microsoft is a company that never rests on its laurels, and the software giant came through once again with a handful of updates to Microsoft 365 for its web subscribers.

Updates to the online experience in June include:

  • Microsoft Viva Sales – Through this service, sellers will be able to automatically capture, access and register data into any CRM system. Enriched with data from Microsoft 365, Viva Sales helps salespeople create deeper connections and relationships with customers to make better, faster sales.
  • Bookings with me in Outlook – This feature in Microsoft Outlook puts users in control of when people can book appointments. Also, updates to Microsoft Forms help streamline communication, and enhancements within Search make it easier to find and share information with coworkers. Through Bookings with me in Outlook, users can create, customize, and share a personal bookings page where people can book time based on personal preferences.
  • Improved Office.com experience – The newly designed Office.com sign-in and sign–up page greets users with a modern entry point to get the day started on the web. Microsoft is introducing a new onboarding experience that helps users understand how to better use and engage with Office.
  • Word Designer – This feature can help show a story rather than tell it. This update contextualizes image suggests and offers customized recommendations to meet each user’s unique needs.
