Epicor has taken some rapid steps to react to some of the key findings of their Insights Reports.  In response to the report, they have created the Epicor Cloud Reliability Center. This new team aims to enhance the security offered by the Microsoft Azure platform. Their focus will be on protecting the Epicor cloud platform and its customers that are deployed in the cloud.

The Cloud Reliability Center (CRC), based in Austin, will provide 24/7 monitoring of the environment around the globe to protect the whole environment proactively from intrusion.

Epicor also created a new Cloud Council. This invitation only group of customers will form the basis of a peer-to-peer network that can share their various experience on the Epicor cloud-based solutions. This group will also act as an advisory group to Epicor. The selection of members will be from diverse geographies and sectors.

Earlier this summer, Epicor announced the rebranding of its ERP solution to Kinetic. Since the release of Kinetic, Epicor continues to make moves to demonstrate their commitment to the cloud.
