Copilot is being introduced across a range of products within the Microsoft Viva suite, which is designed to enhance the employee experience.

Two previews scheduled for June include Copilot in Viva Glint and Copilot in Viva Learning. The November-initiated rollout of Copilot in Viva Glint aims to underscore challenges and potential remedies derived from employee feedback in surveys. Glint users will have the ability to explore employee comments with questions in natural language.

The upcoming Copilot in Viva Learning, scheduled for a September rollout, aims to offer users personalized guidance, recommendations, and actions specifically tailored to virtual learning.

In August, Microsoft is set to unveil a trial version of the Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on for Viva Goals. This add-on is designed to enable users to swiftly access summaries of team goals and key results (OKRs) directly within the Microsoft Teams platform, as well as pinpoint potential risks associated with the advancement of OKRs. Then in September, Microsoft plans to allow Copilot-assisted check-ins for Viva Goals. This will give users the ability to generate draft check-ins based on status and details from associated child items and dynamic check-in templates.

The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard within Viva Insights is now accessible to any customer with a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription for business or enterprise. You do not need a paid Viva Insights license. The Microsoft Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights assists organizations in fully leveraging the benefits of Copilot for Microsoft 365. It delivers practical insights that prepare your organization for AI deployment, fosters adoption by showcasing AI’s role in evolving workplace practices, and evaluates the influence of Copilot. The dashboard displays these metrics which are aggregated at the tenant level: readiness, adoption, impact, and sentiment.
