Microsoft Viva and Glint Join Forces
Unbelievably, it has already been a year since Microsoft Viva was first introduced. In just a year, Viva now has more than 10 million monthly active users. Microsoft Viva is an open and extensible platform that integrates with and enhances existing HR systems, learning management systems, content providers, and employee workflows.
Over the next year, Microsoft will be investing to bring Glint into the Microsoft cloud and integrate Glint into Viva. Existing Glint customers can continue to use the current Glint offering with the same high-quality services and support delivered by LinkedIn. New customers can purchase the existing Glint service on a standalone basis through LinkedIn or bundled with Viva through Microsoft. They expect to bring Glint onto the Viva platform in 2023 and are deeply committed to a smooth transition for all customers.
Currently, Glint is a premier employee engagement platform, working with over 1,000 leading companies. Glint blends AI technology and people science to power predictive insights that can help HR departments and executive teams make quick sense of engagement data and make swift decisions.
Microsoft made the decision to bring Glint into the Viva family to bring feedback directly into the flow of work, ensuring leaders and managers have an easy way to access employee engagement insights and respond to their team’s needs.
