  • Ad-hoc Help Desk – This agreement provides support on a case-by-case basis, allowing an organization to seek help when a problem or need arises.
  • 2W Support – This plan includes remote monitoring, backup support and help desk support.
  • Epicor System Administrator – One of our expert Epicor consultants becomes your Epicor system administrator, so there is no need to hire or pull your own internal resources. We can be available onsite or remote as much or as little as you need.
  • Managed Epicor Services – This plan provides unlimited training and support for your Epicor ERP system, including emergency services, remote management, Help Desk and any other needs that may pop up.
