Epicor Support Agreements
2W offers different support levels to help assist with all levels of Epicor from training to customizations.
We offer several different types of Epicor support agreements:
- Ad-hoc Help Desk: This agreement provides support on a case-by-case basis, allowing an organization to seek help when a problem or need occurs.
- 2W Support: This plan includes remote monitoring and back-up support, as well as Help Desk support.
- Epicor System Administrator: One of our expert Epicor consultants becomes your Epicor System Admin, so there is no need to hire or pull your own internal resources. We can be available on-site or remote, as little or much as you need.
- Managed Epicor Services: This plan provides unlimited training and support for your Epicor ERP system, including emergency services, remote management, Help Desk, and many other needs that may arise. Click here to learn more about this plan.
While the 2W Technologies Managed Services Plan brings incredible value, it is in no way intended to be a substitution for your Epicor Maintenance Agreement.
