Epicor Acquires Leading PIM and Digital Lead Generation Provider KYKLO
Epicor announced today it has acquired KYKLO, a leading provider of Product Information Management (PIM) and content-driven lead generation solutions to drive sales in the manufacturing and distribution space.
“Our customers across the make, move, and sell industries increasingly need to reach more prospects across more channels, with a relevant, accurate, content-rich digital experience that drives brand loyalty and repeat business,” said Epicor CEO Steve Murphy. “Our acquisition of KYKLO furthers our aim to be the essential partner to the world’s most essential businesses, empowering them with purpose-built digital capabilities to meet their buyers’ needs whatever, and wherever, they may be.”
Epicor made their commitment to using AI in their Epicor ERP system noticeably clear in their messaging at Insights 2024 event last month. This acquisition will help accelerate that mission. PIM is a key factor in maintaining the consistency and quality of product data by consolidating it into one database where it can deliver improved customer satisfaction and omnichannel experiences.
Using KYKLO, Epicor customers can streamline the creation, management, and deployment of product information, including content, pricing, and inventory, across various channels to drive qualified leads and revenue. KYKLO facilitates real-time, accurate collaboration with suppliers, ensuring complete product content. Additionally, it empowers eCommerce strategies through product discovery tools to drive sales.
The KYKLO portfolio includes:
- Powerful and Scalable PIM: KYKLO’s Managed PIM seamlessly integrates with any eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate prospect delivery to the right products. It simplifies data collection, enriches content, and supercharges the order process.
- Real-time Catalog and Content Syndication: KYKLO’s catalog and content process includes search, editing, and filtering, as well as bulk data uploading via an API for real-time content and price updates. Their team of qualified engineers reviews existing content, makes additions, corrections, and restructures missing information or technical attributes. They also optimize the content for search ad SEO, ensuring quality before distributing it to channel partners.
“When we talk about B2B selling, we’re not actually talking about reaching businesses – it’s all about reaching people,” said KYKLO CEO Remi Ducrocq. “Our mission has always been to deliver the best eCommerce platforms possible to help our industry customers create targeted, easy-to-use, personalized buying experiences that help them grow and succeed, and we are thrilled to join Epicor in continuing to elevate that work.”
