Epicor Software Corporation to Get Acquired

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to acquire Epicor Software Corporation from KKR was announced today. KKR purchased the company only 4 years ago for $3.3 billion dollars from Apax partners. The deal is expected to be worth $4.7 billion dollars. Epicor is a leading enterprise software vendor delivering cloud-enabled services to more than 20,000 customers globally.  Epicor personnel seems excited about the news.

This is the largest enterprise deal so far in 2020.
