2W Technologies, INC Announces Acquisition of Information Technology division of Jannsen + Company
Pewaukee, WI – January 11, 2016 – 2W Technologies, INC today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Jannsen + Company’s Information Technology properties. The combination of technology and expertise from the two companies will serve as the foundation for 2W Tech to further expand their footprint in Wisconsin. 2W Tech has been servicing the Wisconsin area for over 20 years and provides IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Epicor ERP solutions.
CEO and President of 2W Technologies, Mark Jamieson, has been making several moves to expand the business over the last year. “When you have the right people and your organization is structured properly, you can bring tremendous value for new clients. I think the former Jannsen clients will be impressed with the 2W Tech support structure. I am excited for this next chapter in our organization and for the diversity that Jannsen’s IT group can offer our portfolio.”
Along with the addition of the new clients, 2W Technologies, INC will add the experience and expertise of Janssen’s most senior IT Consultants.
2W Tech will begin transitioning the clients over immediately and are working to make this process seamless for all involved. This transition will allow Jannsen + Company to focus on divesting the remainder of its business units after the sale of the audit, accounting and tax practice to Sikich LLP in September 2015.
