FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

2W Technologies, INC Announces Acquisition of Computer 911, Incorporated.

Pewaukee, WI – January 14, 2019 – 2W Technologies, INC today announced that it has acquired Computer 911, Incorporated of Wauwatosa, WI.  The combination of technology and expertise from these two organizations will serve as the foundation for 2W Tech to further expand their Infrastructure footprint in the Midwest US.  2W Tech has been serving the Wisconsin area for over 25 years with Epicor and IT products and services.

CEO and President of 2W Tech, Mark Jamieson has been making several moves to expand the business over the last couple years and has a few more up his sleeve. “We have spent time restructuring our business and focusing on building a staff that can support the products and services that we believe can bring the most value to our clients. We are working hard to build a business that supports our client’s IT and security needs and I think the Computer 911 clients will be impressed with the services and overall value 2W Tech offers.  I am excited for this next chapter in our organization and for the opportunity to continue to expand our business and client base.”

President and founder of Computer 911, Steve Culver grew his business organically over a period of 25 years. He decided the time is right for his organization, his employees, and his loyal clients to embark in a new direction. “The most challenging aspect of running an IT services business is the unrelenting rapid pace of change in the technology world. Businesses no longer need a closet full of high-maintenance servers because they can migrate these functions to cloud-based services. This trend has changed our role tremendously as we build and manage fewer physical machines and instead now create and manage virtual servers hosted in off-premise data centers.”

“It is clear that now is the time to join a group with established systems needed to migrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure. 2W Tech, a Microsoft Gold Partner, and Computer 911, a Microsoft Silver Partner, share a similar business philosophy and a similar passion for serving the IT needs of our clients. This is a great fit for both our staff and our clients.”

As part of the acquisition, Steve Culver brings 25 years of technology and management experience as the 2W Tech Southeast Wisconsin Market Manager. Along with the addition of new clients, 2W Tech adds the seasoned expertise of Computer 911’s IT Consultants. 2W Tech is now transitioning Computer 911’s clients to its IT management systems and is working hard to make this process seamless for all involved.
