2W Tech works with very cool, state-of-the-art technology solutions and services. Our explosive growth has created the need for an additional Project Manager to join our team.

Summary: The Project Manager will manage, plan and direct implementations and coordinate activities to ensure that resources are available, goals of the project are accomplished on time and within budget.

Some of these include solutions like

• Architected in the Microsoft Azure fabric
• Epicor ERP
• IT architecture projects
• MS 365
• Cutting edge security solutions

You don’t have to be an expert in this stuff (We have those)

Responsibilities include:

• Reviews project Statement of Work determines the schedule, procedures for accomplishing project determines staff resources, and prepares project plan.
• Communicates regularly with clients and project teams regarding the status of current project initiatives.
• Coordinates internally and externally to keep all project participants informed about deliverables and aspects of the project.
• Monitors project milestones and work with the project teams to maintain schedule and honor commitments.
• Oversees project budgets and makes calculated adjustments when scope increases.

Qualifications:

• The project manager has the ability to clearly communicate the project scope. Understand when items fall outside of scope and react to amend projects with add-on requests.
• Directs multiple projects with the ability to work effectively and independently on projects with limited supervision.
• Manages project team activities. Uses intuition and experience to influence task accomplishments.
• Demonstrates attention to detail. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Works well in group problem-solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. Ability to manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct project briefings, and demonstrates group presentation skills; Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Understands and able to deliver technology solutions to 2W Tech customers.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities; Sets goals and objectives; Develops and guides customer projects via action plans.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, one to three years of experience in project management or account management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
