David is the Chief Financial Officer of 2W Tech and leads all aspects of the company’s financial operations and reporting. As a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience, David has helped to build, grow, and manage several professional services organizations. He graduated from Drake University in Des Moines and is a certified public accountant. David enjoys spending his free time with his family, traveling, and staying active whether it be hiking, snow skiing, or running. He also loves attending Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers game.

Ryan is a Project Manager for 2W Tech. He has worked the majority of his life in the manufacturing industry; one company in complete steel manufacturing and the other helping build alternative fuel systems through natural gas that encompassed everything from daily drivers, semi-trucks and even powering facilities at the Olympic games. Ryan’s hobbies include fishing and hiking in the most difficult places he can find.

Sue is responsible for everything marketing at 2W Tech. She loves her job because of all the diversity that comes from the ever changing world of marketing and reacting to what’s hot at the moment. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State. She is still an avid Penn State football fan today. She resides in Erie, PA, which happens to be one of the snowiest places on earth. Sue spends her free time playing volleyball, reading, working out, and drinking wine. She also spends a ridiculous amount of time cheering on her children at their athletic events. Sue loves her family and friends and loves to entertain any chance she can. Which is why she is OCD on cleaning, you never know when someone will drop by! Sue is a really awesome cook, but if you ask her to bake you anything, it will end in a major disaster.

Doug spends his days at 2W Tech consulting with Epicor clients on implementations, reported issues/troubleshooting, creating custom reports and other customization requests. He enjoys being able to assist a customer in accomplishing improvements in their work processes. He earned a BS in Computer Science from Indiana Tech, as well as an MBA from Indiana University. Doug’s hobbies include programming, reading, furthering his education, as well as home/auto maintenance. He would not want to be a superhero, he already has enough people that depend on him for answers.

Jennys’ job as a Software Developer allows her to work with Epicor customizations, reports, dashboards, BPMs, etc.  Working mainly with customizations is perfect for her since she enjoys being able to find creative solutions to solve problems. Jenny graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Computer and Information Science. In her free time, she enjoys playing (primarily old) video games, reading, cooking, and other things that don’t make for a very exciting list. She just enjoys being home.

Matthew is part of our dynamic sales team! He began his career doing some modeling/acting, then decided to create his own lifestyle blog, inspiring people to live life to the fullest. He also sold real estate for a bit and more recently, started selling ERP. Matthew is passionate about manufacturing in the USA and helping small businesses become more efficient and reach their potential. He really enjoys being in the sun! Cycling, pickleball, running, surfing, and traveling. On weekends, Matthew enjoys watching football, going to movies, and spending time with friends and family. He comes from the entertainment industry. Fun fact: Matthew does the sauna and cold plunges every week.

  • Mary is the youngest of 5 girls in the family, which means she was the "David Thomas" of the bunch. She definitely fulfilled the need for a son for her mom & dad by being quite the tom-boy growing up.

As Client Coordinator at 2W Tech, Mary provides internal and external client support for the Client Engagement team and Sales department. Additionally, she assists with various projects as needed, PLUS anything else that comes her way! Mary has earned most of what she knows today via the school of hard knocks but, she has been trained in Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Conflict Management, and Dale Carnegie Principle Leadership, in addition to a multitude of many different software applications. Mary married her teenage sweetheart, Brad, many years ago and actually made him take her to her senior prom even though he was already out of HS. They have two daughters, Samantha and Alicia (or two sons if you call them by their nick names (Sam & Al). They are both married which means Mary also has two purrrrfect grand cats Rizzo and Kenickie (yes, they are named after the characters in the movie Grease), and an attention monger German Shepard grand-dog named Myah.  Her hobbies include camping, boating, antiquing, rummaging and just chilling by the camp fire with friends while having a few. Fun fact about Mary is she submitted a video and it was featured on the Ellen Show, although she’s still not quite sure if she was laughing with me or at me!

Jon has been leading various sales teams for over 20 years and 2W Tech is excited to have him in our Director of Sales role. Jon is responsible for leading both our New Sales team, as well as our Client Success Managers. Jon is a huge sports fan, his favorites being football and basketball. He is a huge Minnesota Vikings and Iowa Hawkeye fan. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, listening to music and binging Netflix. Outside of continuing his career with 2W Tech, Jon’s goal is to write a fictional book.

Rachel is the Microsoft Alliance Manager for 2W Tech. She is responsible for managing our Microsoft relationship and really works hard to maximize all the benefits it offers us as a business. Rachel started her career in commercial art and graphic design and then went back to school due to the limitations the graphics programs had at the time and pursued computer science. She has 13+ years of experience within the Microsoft Ecosystem with a keen liking of Microsoft licensing because it keeps her on her toes, and she is able to meet her goal of learning something new EVERYDAY! Rachel is a small town, North Dakota farm girl that is living her best life in Western Minnesota in lakes country, 1000 yards off Pelican Lake with her longtime love Chris and her 2 beautiful boys Jaden (17), and Logan (13). She also has two fur babies that are on the opposite side of the dog spectrum. One is a 2-year-old Golden Retriever Milo and the other is a 4-year-old Teacup Yorkie Chewbacca, (Chewy).  Rachel enjoys live music, traveling, fishing, biking, boating, skiing, and anything outdoors when not trapped behind her computer or when it is 30 below. She also enjoys anything artsy/crafty such as sculpture, drawing, landscaping, Cricut creations, crocheting, photography, etc. Fun fact, Rachel won an Addy, Advertising Federation Award, for a photo she took in college.

As Director of Project Management Lisa is a ‘hands on’ project control manager to successfully drive implementations from kickoff to completion. She jokes that her middle name should be “Get it Done!” The reason she loves doing project control work because each day is different and really enjoys helping customers grow their business. Lisa has over 14 years of Project Management experience in the Hospitality and Manufacturing industries. And she is a longtime member of PMI – Project Management Institute. Lisa has passion for Mid-Century Modern antiques from 1940’s thru 1960’s. On the weekends, Lisa and her husband Jim operate a vintage clothing and antique shop. Her love of collecting antiques might be considered an obsession. Lisa enjoys traveling and has a favorite Hawaiian island after having vacationed there 10 times. She is eager to sharing her tips on best beaches and places to watch sunsets. On Lisa’s bucket list is to visit all the US National Parks and Easter Island.

Moe is the Client Services Representative for 2W Tech. He is responsible for helping clients maximize their technology investments and ensuring their products and services are aligned to help solve their business problems. Moe has been in sales for over 30 years, starting back in membership sales at Costco to marketing and promotions with Office Depot, Wells Fargo, and Apple.  His career has included B2B sales and Corporate Account Management for Intel, Disney, Boeing and NASA.  He also headed up a sales teams as a district manager for more than 10 years and produced an award-winning team for Apple and Office Depot. Moe tries to golf and hike as much as possible.

Tom’s job function as the Chief Technology Officer is finding new product solutions for our clients and driving our growth. He loves working with clients to improve their productivity, effectiveness or profitability.  If there is an opportunity to build something new for someone, Tom is the first to raise his hand. He loves creating and building. . If it’s not on a computer, he’s doing home-improvement, construction or something similar.  Tom loves spending his time volunteering or being at the beach.

All of the cool social media postings you see come from Danielle. In addition to managing that, she also helps with client communication. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a BS in Marketing and strong interest in analytics. She always knew she wanted to go into business because of the people. Danielle chose marketing because it was the perfect mix of building relationships, design work, and analytics. When she has time, she loves to travel. She is a big believer that there is so much to see in this world and to limit yourself to a small portion of it would be silly. As soon as she graduated, the first thing she did was take a month-long road trip out west hitting 10 different states! When Danielle isn’t able to travel, her newest local hobby is golf. She just got into it this summer and finally looks like she knows what she’s doing. Don’t ask her handicap though! Danielle known to get random bursts of energy (on-top of the energy she carries 24/7) and starts laughing uncontrollably until she cries. She really doesn’t need a lot of caffeine…

Jared loves using technology to help clients succeed and also enjoys having the opportunity to meet new people. His responsibilities include managing and maintaining infrastructure systems. This includes networking, email, security, upgrading and configuring server and backup solutions, as well as cloud-based solutions.  Jared enjoys spending his free time writing and recording music. He plays guitar, drums and bass. He also enjoys kayaking and being outdoors. One thing he does not enjoy is early mornings. Every day is a new adventure and Jared loves to wake up each morning to find out what it will be.

As our Talent Recruiter and HR Generalist, Colleen handles all of our hiring needs, as well as some of our human resource items. She has a Masters in Corporate Communication from UW-Whitewater. Colleen also taught Introduction to Public Speaking as a Graduate Assistant while she was getting her masters. She started off recruiting Software Developers for a staffing agency and fell in love with recruiting. Her favorite part is building relationships, impacting people’s lives, and helping them roadmap their careers. Colleen grew up with horses, and still enjoys going riding when she gets the time. She also spends most of her summer weekends on Wisconsin lakes.

As our IT Solutions Engineer, Alex is responsible for helping 2W Tech’s clients maximize their investments. Alex works every day to help both our internal team, as well as our clients align products and services to solve customer business problems. Alex has a degree in finance, accounting, and an MBA, and accomplished all of this while playing college lacrosse. Most of Alex’s free time is spent coaching high school lacrosse. He coaches in the spring for Waukesha High School and summer for a club team. He also coaches a powerlifting team in the winter for Waukesha High School.  When Alex is not coaching or working, you can find him on the water fishing.

Barbi joined the 2W Tech team as a Sales Coordinator. She works to support the sales organization in a number of different ways; including enhancing the quoting and referral processes, client and systems support, and overall helping support the sales team so they can ultimately spend more time in front of clients and prospects. Prior to joining 2W Tech, Barbi worked in product quality and ISO 9001-2015 management and was in that role for over 10 years.  Barbi started her adult career working in the Air Force for 8 years as an F-16 Mechanic. She was in Dessert Storm in United Arab Emirates (UAE), and also lived in Kunsan Korea for one year. She met her husband in the Air Force; they have one son and three dogs. She loves the outdoors, sitting by the fire, riding ATV trails, hanging out by the pond with a cocktail, fishing, and cooking on the smoker.  She also loves old trucks and fast cars. She got the nickname “Ricky Barbi” (from Talladega Nights character Ricky Bobby) because she likes to go fast!

Keleen is a Client Success Manager at 2W Tech.  In her role, she works to build strong relationships with clients as she partners with them on an ever-evolving journey towards aligning the technology that surrounds their business to their business drivers and goals.  Keleen thrives when working with people, and when tasked with finding innovative solutions to gnarly problems.  Keleen has degrees in education and philosophy, and a master’s degree in education.   Keleen worked for 13 years as an educator and Ed-Tech leader, through which she excelled in leadership, training, coaching, mentoring, and change management.  The more Keleen worked to move the needle with technology, the more she fell in love with the possibility’s technology had to offer, which led her to her role at 2W Tech.  Keleen spends her “free” time with her husband, three young children, and Bernese puppy.  Keleen’s family is sports-obsessed, so you will usually find her on fields and courts watching her own kids play, or at games cheering on the Brewers, Badgers, Bucks, and Packers.

He has been working with project management for over 6 years now. Kristopher’s hobbies include backpacking, hiking, camping, any and all games, exercising, and reading. His favorite things include green tea, anime, and listening to all different types of movies. Kristopher does not like flying in airplanes and would much rather take a road trip. He also cannot swim!

Michael is a Microsoft Modern Work Engineer at 2W Tech and is helping 2W Tech clients maximize their Microsoft investment. He focuses on Adaptability, Collaboration, Security & Compliance, and Innovation in the Microsoft 365 Cloud Stack.  Michael has been supporting Microsoft Technologies for 30 years and has been focusing on getting clients as close to or completely M365 Cloud Native in recent times.  Michael was born and raised in a Suburb of Columbus, OH just a couple miles from The Ohio State University (of which Michael is a huge fan) and still lives in the Columbus Metro Area.  Fun Fact: Michael, and some friends, spray painted graffiti on the Berlin Wall in 1989 just before it was torn down and also chipped some of the concrete away to get souvenirs before touring East Berlin.  When not working, Michael spends time with his soon-to-be Wife, Kim, and his cat Stella.  He enjoys music and has a small vinyl record collection that he listens to almost all the time.

Phillip is an Epicor Consultant at 2W Tech. He works on variety of Epicor projects from implementations to customizations. Phillip’s background is in business process development related to manufacturing (rail focus). He has held positions ranging from Assembly all the way up to Director, running the entire gamut of quote to cash processes and beyond. Phillip loves problem solving and seeing the results play out. He finds it to be a great feeling not only helping people solve their problems, but also how to use the tools that will help them get to that point themselves in the future. Phillip has played in many bands and been on tour all over the US. He played bass and drums for a little over 20 years. Lucia is part of the awesome Epicor Consulting team at 2W Tech. She has over 20 years of experience in the finance, education, and software industries. She has been an Epicor Kinetic ERP Training Consultant for over 8 years and has conducted hundreds of Quote to Cash live virtual or on-site sessions to worldwide audiences. She has worked with customers during multiple phases of their implementation process, for Kinetic, Epicor 10 and Epicor 9. Lucia has taught thousands of users in both, English and Spanish, targeting the core project management team, end-users, executive leadership, and company events such as Insights, Customer Summit, and Momentum. She has also developed and translated training materials for the various Financial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. Lucia is experienced and certified in all functional modules. She has a BA in Business Administration, cum laude and a master’s degree in finance from the Tec de Monterrey.

Through her experience in recruitment and account Management, she has found that she loves cultivating and strengthening client partnerships! Outside of work, Lily and her husband are Packer season ticket holders and enjoy getting up to Lambeau Field any chance they get. When things slow down, you can also find her getting lost in the pages of a good book or coming up with DIY/renovation ideas for her house. Fun fact:  She is related to P.T. Barnum – who they made the movie “The Greatest Showman” about.

As a Senior Consultant, Chris has primary responsibility for conducting all aspects of a complete ERP application implementation, including business process mapping, business process re-engineering, project management, software installation, systems integration, data conversion, system design and modifications, end-user training and post-implementation support. He has implemented the full application suite for Epicor’s ERP software.  Chris’s hospital birth certificate has a picture of the Hindenburg, as he was born in Lake Hurst, NJ where it exploded. His hobbies include spending time with his family, golfing and fishing.

He spent many years in executive leadership including CEO of Morrell Holdings which was a holding company for a technology company and 4 consumer product companies.   Over the last 8 years, Randy has been a successful ERP business development rep for two different Infor partners.  Randy has been married for 38 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.  Randy loves horse, particularly mustangs, and has been working on his Horse Whispering technique and skills. He also loves basketball and football.

Sam has a ton of hobbies including spending time with his family and pets, fitness, sports, outdoors, woodworking, automotive/mechanical, construction, farming, cooking, shooting sports, hunting and motorcycles. In addition to a variety of hobbies, he also has very diverse musical tastes. Sam is envious of the Hulk because he gets to work out his anger in a physical way.

He spends his free time with his family, doing DIY home projects and restoring Aircooled VWs (60’s era). He also really loves Japanese woodworking techniques.

Ryan leads the awesome IT Consulting Team at 2W Tech. This team keeps up with all the IT Infrastructure and Managed Services needs of our clients.  Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in systems and network administration.  He brings with him to 2W Tech a vast knowledge of Infrastructure, M365/Azure, Virtualization and Exchange. Ryan is married. He loves to spend his free time golfing, fishing, and is big into sports card collecting. Ryan also participates in two different billiards leagues in the fall and winter.

As one of the newest member of our team, Erik focuses on specialized Epicor projects. He loves helping customers leverage technology to achieve their goals, while demystifying for them the technological tools they use. Erik can be found riding his bicycle in all weather conditions and all over the city. He is currently learning to restore classic cars, which is just one more DIY project he is undertaking. Erik likes to spend his free time with his family, serving his church and doing as much as he can to help others.

Susan is a Business Development Representative for 2W Tech.  She brings to the team a very dynamic personality with excellent communication skills and thoroughly enjoys introducing new prospects to 2W Tech. Susan truly wants to help companies find technology solutions to make them a better business and works with each company to ensure their needs are met. Susan came to 2W Tech with many years of sales and business development experience, as well as held many leadership roles over her career.  Her family keeps her very busy when she is not working, somehow she survived raising 4 boys. In her free time, she loves to travel, ride on her motorcycle and engages in photography, especially landscape.  She also enjoys engaging in healthy lifestyle choices, including exercising and cooking.

Chelsea joined 2W Tech as our Epicor Sales Representative. Her job is to engage with prospective customers and discuss the Epicor products and services 2W Tech can offer. She worked for a job shop manufacturer for 5 years, facing problems related to inventory control, supplier part delays, late shipments, long lead times, etc.  She realized that she wanted to be at the forefront of helping manufactures fix these problems, and that’s when she decided to join the technology world.  Chelsea has passion for travel, cooking, roller blading and reading. She loves to spend her Fridays having fun with friends and Sundays spending time with her family. She thoroughly enjoys life and making people laugh

Ken is the Chief Operating Officer for 2W Tech, which means he is responsible for implementing policies and procedures and ensuring everything runs smooth. He is also the guy that gets to do what no one else wants to do! Ken enjoys problem solving, so this job gives him the opportunity to do just that. Ken has several children, 1 grandchild, along with 3 dogs. His hobbies include many outdoor things such as hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycling and landscaping.  He is also an avid lover of wine, good food and music. Ken is known to be a really great cook in most environments.

Rob is the Corporate System Administrator for 2W Tech. This role includes managing and maintaining our internal infrastructure and systems, overseeing security management and internal system support with the ultimate goal of optimizing and leveraging 2W’s Infrastructure and internal applications. Rob came to 2W Tech with experience as a network hardware administrator. Rob is an Information Security enthusiast and is excited to see what new things he can learn and teach our clients. Rob enjoys camping, fishing and all things hackable.

As Director of Epicor Services, David is in charge of managing resources and developing effective processes for implementing and supporting Epicor ERP for 2W Tech’s clients. He likes assisting end users of ERP software achieve significant improvements for their business. David earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Haverford College, as well as a Master’s Degree from Indiana University. His hobbies include cycling, skiing, and playing the banjo.

Kristin is part of the awesome Client Success team at 2W Tech. In her role she works to build strong relationships with her clients on their ever-evolving journeys by understanding their business/technology drivers and goals. Kristin’s favorite part of the role is working with clients to discover how 2W can be the best partner while providing top tier solutions. Kristin has a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in sales and a Minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire. In her free time, she continues to play and coach volleyball. She balances this with her love to travel all over the world and spend time with her 2 Bernese Mountain Dog nephews.

Benjamen is part of our awesome Epicor Consulting team.  He comes from a manufacturing background and has been working with Epicor for over 11 years.  8 years as a basic user and over 3 years as a super user.  His expertise falls under the operations side of a business.  Benjamen’s previous roles have included shipping/receiving, purchasing, supply chain management and IT management.  He also has an understanding of IT Infrastructure. He likes to spend his free time with family and friends.  He also likes to do a bit of gaming with friends.  Benjamen enjoys watching football and is a fan of the Colts.  He played football starting at the age of 4 until he was 21 as quarterback. He is also pretty good at cornhole and is quietly competitive.

Keith is part of the awesome Epicor Consulting team at 2W Tech. Keith spent 25 years in engineering, management and operations roles at Dynex, culminating his time there as Vice President of Operations. His experiences help him understand the needs of our customers in the engineer-to-order and discrete manufacturing space. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from MSQE. He has spent some time working as an IT network administrator also.  Keith’s hobbies include bowling and golf. He has a perfect 300 game in bowling! He owns a Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited motorcycle. His favorite bike ride was in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Diana is not only a Senior Consultant at 2W Tech, but she also a Founder of the company. Her many job duties include working with new clients on implementing Epicor 10, working with existing clients on upgrading from legacy version of Epicor software to Epicor 10, troubleshooting problems and issues with all versions of the Epicor software, as well as mentoring new employees. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science. Diana is wild about animals. She has a german shepard, barn cat, 9 American Saddlebred horses and a pony. Her hobbies include raising and showing American Saddlebred Horses, going to the theater, traveling, in addition to spending time with her family.

Zack leads our Epicor team that works on a wide variety of Epicor projects including implementations, process design, reporting and customizations. He is also responsible for the management and development of newly hired Epicor Consultants. He loves having the constant opportunity to work with clients and learn about their business. Being able to help companies grow and build solutions through technology is extremely rewarding to him. Zack has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Lewis University. He has a couple cats; however, the dog is still pending further discussion. When he is not mastering baby talk with his twins, he likes to unwind cooking and listening to a good record. Zack is a big fan of Disney; he believes it truly is the happiest place on Earth. He would really like to be Iron Man because he is smart, social, has lots of toys and never has to worry about a secret identity.

Alex is part of our Epicor team as our CPQ Consultant. Alex’s role is to help 2W Tech extend our expertise beyond ERP, and into this space where sales, engineering and ERP meet. He brings a great background in CAD and Mechanical Engineering Design, as well as a Technical Support Engineer.  Alex graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with 2 degrees: Mechanical and Computer Drafting and Mechanical Design Technology. His hobbies include hiking, biking, camping, and being outdoors, but if the weather is poor, you can find him inside making food or watching a movie. He completed his first century (100 miles) at age 14. Alex still rides about 4,000 miles per year. His favorite foods are fish, carrot cake, and broccoli braid.
