2W Technologies, INC is a fast-paced, high-growth, kick-ass, full-service technology consulting firm with clients across the United States. 2W specializes in helping our clients (mostly manufacturers) get maximum value from their technology investments. We specialize in Epicor ERP, network architecture, managed cloud services business analytics and cyber defense.

Our growth has created the need to add an additional Client Success Manager to our sales team. In this role, you will work with the execs and managers of our most important clients to develop and execute short and long-term technology strategies.

As a 2W Tech Success Manager, you will

• Be the primary point of contact, develop a trusted advisor relationship and build long-term relationships with key clients
• Work with your clients and 2W internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs.
• Manage and develop your accounts in order to find more and better solutions to bring maximum value.

This position is highly visible and has significant growth and upwards mobility opportunities.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table

• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively t all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• It would also be great if you had an understanding of ERP, networking technologies and the manufacturing process
